NOTES FOR CHINA VISAS:

• You may only apply 90 days before your departure date.
• U.S. citizens may apply for a ten-year multiple-entry visa, which is useful for repeated travel.
• If you plan to work in the PRC, be sure to obtain the correct visa. You cannot work in the PRC on a student or tourist visa. Working without the proper visa may result in detention, deportation, criminal charges, or imprisonment.
• You must have a valid visa to exit the PRC. You must leave the PRC before the expiration of the listed duration of stay.
• Do not travel to the PRC if you have a warrant for your arrest in the United States.

Texas Tower can process visas in all jurisdictions. If you are not in Houston’s jurisdiction, we charge $150 extra to process.

Applications must be typed. The embassy will not accept handwritten forms.

IF YOU WERE BORN IN CHINA PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CHINA PASSPORT OR COPY OF ITS PERSONAL INFORMATION PAGE, OR LAST FOREIGN PASSPORT WITH A CHINA VISA.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS, SUCH AS RENUNCIATION PAPERS, MAY BE REQUIRED.

One computer typed China visa application. Save to your desktop before filling.

One job description form
One passport-type photo
Actual passport valid 6 months beyond trip completion and side-by-side blank visa pages
Non-USA passport holders must provide their original green card or U.S. visa and I-94.
One official invitation from the Chinese company with their Chinese seal stamped on the invitation letter
Color copy of driver’s license front and back
Previous China Visa: If you have been granted a China visa in the past, you must provide a copy of the most recent China visa.
If the visa is not located in your current passport, you must submit the original passport containing the previous visa.
If you no longer have the passport with the previous visa, you must provide a signed statement outlining that you no longer have the passport and what happened to it.
Company business letter – Generate one now and print on your company letterhead.
