BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR CUBA VISAS:
One completed Cuba Visa Application
One passport-type photo (No glasses)
Physical passport with 6 months validity beyond trip completion and two blank visa pages
Non-USA passport holders must provide a copy of a U.S. green card or a U.S. visa and an I-94
One copy of the flight itinerary
Most recent bank statement.
Company business letter – Generate one now and print on your company letterhead.
Letter of invitation from the company in Cuba.
