Traditional India Visa
⚠️ Important Notes for India Visas
- We can process visas in all jurisdictions. If you are outside the Houston jurisdiction, an additional $150 processing fee applies.
- Processing time is at least 10 business days after submission. Some applications may take 3 weeks or longer.
- No rush service is available for traditional India visas.
- Visas cannot be obtained upon arrival.
- Applicants born in India, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka may have additional requirements and may need to apply in person. We cannot assist with eVisa applications in these cases.
A traditional visa is required for longer stays, work, or situations where the eVisa does not apply.

Traditional Visa Requirements
⚠️ Application Requirements Are Strict
The Indian Embassy and its outsourcing partners review applications very carefully. Applications that do not meet exact formatting and documentation standards may be rejected.
India Business Visa Requirements
- Completed online India visa application (printed and signed)
- Additional particulars form (completed and signed)
- India CKGS Disclaimer Form
- Two passport photos (no eyeglasses)
- Copy of driver’s license (must match application address exactly)
- Valid passport (6+ months validity and at least one blank page)
- Copy of passport
- Flight itinerary
- Company business letter (must request 12-month visa)
- Invitation letter from company in India (must request 12-month visa)
- Articles of Incorporation from the Indian company
- Texas Tower order form
Important: Both the U.S. company letter and the invitation letter from India must clearly request a 12-month visa. Missing this detail can result in delays or rejection.

⚠️ Common Application Mistake
When completing the application, you must write "None" instead of "NA". Using "NA" may result in your application being rejected.
