Kazakhstan Visa

• US travelers may enter Kazakhstan without a visa for stays up to 30 days on each visit and may not stay more than a cumulative 90 days within six months.
• Individuals seeking to stay beyond the 90-day limit within six months may apply for a 10-year Kazakh tourist or business visa. These visas contain restrictions, permitting maximum stays of 60 or 30 days per visit, depending on the type of visa.
• Violating the authorized period of stay in Kazakhstan or engaging in activities inconsistent with your visa category may result in fines, imprisonment, and/or delays upon exit.

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR KAZAKHSTAN VISAS:
One completed Kazakhstan visa application (.doc or .pdf)
One passport-type photo with a white background
One invitation from the Kazakhstan host if applying for more than a single entry
Physical passport with 6 months validity beyond trip completion and one blank visa page
Non-USA passport holders must provide a copy of a green card or a US visa and an I-94
One copy of the flight itinerary
Company business letter
