Ghost Ship Tours Being Offered Among Empty Cruise Ships

It’s been very difficult for cruise ship enthusiasts and companies alike throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Most boats have been anchored for months on end due to the COVID-19 pandemic, although some cruise lines have opened itineraries overseas. So what is your avid cruise lover to do in times like this? If they can’t get on a ship, they want to at least get close to one. Now they can, a ferry company that is based in Southampton, England has officially begun providing “ghost ship tours.” For a fee, you are given a tour of an empty cruise ship that lasts around two and a half hours.

Numerous ships have been anchored off nearby Christchurch. These include Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria, P&O Cruises’ Britannia, Aurora and more. As of recent, they have also added a Carnival Cruise Line ship into the mix, which is named The Carnival Valor. The Valor typically sails from New Orleans, it is one of the ships that Carnival has sent on extremely long voyages all around the world to send crew members back to their native countries.

If you’re looking to enjoy one of these ghost ship tours, you should call our office at 713-874-1420. We at Texas Tower can renew your passport or visa in 24 hours, or assist you in getting a new visa or passport.
