Visa applicants that have New York, Connecticut, or New Jersey addresses will need to apply at the Myanmar NYC consulate. If you live in those states and still wish us to process your application there is an additional $40 charge.

One copy of flight itinerary
An invititation from host in Myanmar is now required.
One “Work History” form (will download with application)
Company business letter – Generate one now and print on your company letterhead.
