Does Germany Require a Travel Visa for US Citizens?
Germany does not require a travel visa for US citizens, although it does require a valid US passport. Germany is currently at a level 4 “do not travel” advisory, despite this, it is still open for US citizens who have been fully vaccinated, and US citizens who are unvaccinated but have demonstrated an important reason for traveling. Texas Tower can help you get a US passport or renew your current one, it is important to note that if your passport is within 6 months of the expiration date, many countries will simply deny it.
