Can U.S. Citizens Travel to Panama?

Panama is currently open for US citizens and is at a level 3 “reconsider travel” advisory. Vaccinated travelers are required to bring proof of vaccination along with an electronic sworn affidavit. Unvaccinated travelers are required to present a negative covid test and quarantine for a mandatory 14 day period. A travel visa is not required for US citizens, although a valid US passport is required for US citizens to travel to Panama.
