How to Get Your Azerbaijan Visa in Sugarland

• A copy of your flight itinerary
• A company business letter, printed on your company’s letterhead
• An official invitation from your host that is obtained from the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, or an invitation letter from your host with a copy of the charter and state registration certificates of the host’s company or organization.

For Tourism:

• An Azerbaijan visa application filled out online
• Two passport-type photos (remember to take off your glasses!)
• A physical passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the end date of your trip and one blank visa page
• If not a US passport holder, you must provide a copy of your green card or your US visa and I-94
• A copy of your flight itinerary
• An invitation from your host in Azerbaijan if you are applying for more than one entry into the country
