Is Kosovo Open for U.S. Citizens to Travel?

Kosovo is currently at a level 2 “exercise increased caution” travel advisory and is open for U.S. citizens to travel. Kosovo does not require a travel visa although it does require a valid U.S. passport for U.S. citizens to travel.
