Is Russia Open For U.S. Travel?


Russia is at a level 4 “do not travel” advisory and is not open for travel, but you can still obtain your Russia visa via the instructions on what you need below.

NOTES FOR RUSSIA VISAS:

Maximum Stay: 90 days
Visa will be written for your exact dates of stay in Russia
Generally may not be extended after arrival
You must register with OVIR if staying longer than 72 hours. Hotels offer this service.

You must provide your login details in order for us to update your application:

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR RUSSIA VISAS:
One completed, printed and signed online Russia visa application. Submit “VFS Houston.”
Your login details to your online application.
One passport type photo
One invitation from Russia host
Physical passport with 6 months validity beyond trip completion and one blank visa page
Non-USA passport holders must provide a copy of green card or US Visa and I-94
Company business letter – Generate one now and print on your company letterhead.

TOURIST REQUIREMENTS FOR RUSSIA VISAS:
