Is Travel Without Restrictions Possible Post-Vaccination?

The CDC has loosened the reins on travel restrictions for vaccinated American citizens, both domestically and internationally. At present, per this article, anyone who is not vaccinated is still being recommended to cease travel. If you get the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, you must wait two weeks after the second dose to become fully vaccinated and allowed to travel. For the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, you must also wait two weeks after getting the shot.
